What happens if I cancel my account?
If you choose to cancel, all of your Content and Date will be immediately deleted from the Service and can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
Can I request a refund?
The CreativeLab Service is non-refundable and billed in advance on a monthly basis. There will be no refunds or credits for upgrades/downgrades, months where you do not use the Service, or partial months of service.
When do I stop paying if I cancel my account?
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
How do I cancel my account?
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. To cancel your account at any time, click on the Settings icon in the icon navigation bar at the top of the screen and scroll to the bottom for instructions on how to cancel your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
