Create your own customized design by uploading a background image, uploading your logo, and changing the text, link, and accent colors. The color picker lets you choose colors from a color wheel or input hex color codes. We also include resources for generating a custom, tileable background image quickly and easily.
Our unique priority-based dashboard enables you to sort your projects based on their level of urgency. Priority projects at the top, projects that are awaiting revisions from the client at the bottom, and so on. This allows you to focus on the most important projects first and foremost. Change project statuses with the click of a dropdown menu.
All of your communication on each project is stored in one place. No more hunting through old emails looking for those revisions from your client. Your team members and clients can post messages, comment and attach files, and send notifications to others invovled in the project when they post a new item. Messages are organized with the most recent at the top, so everyone on the project is constantly up to date.
Create to-do lists for your team with check box items that they can mark off one by one as they complete them.
Store, share, and send files back and forth within the CreativeLab project management system. All of your project files are stored securely on the server, readily available when you need them.
Add milestones to the CreativeLab system to keep your team on schedule. Allow your clients to see the proposed production schedule so they are kept in the loop. Milestones are sorted in order of urgency.
By turning on the "TimeClock" tool in your settings, you enable a time clock for your employees and freelancers to clock in and out and track how much time they spend on each project. You can set the hourly rate for each member of your team and the CreativeLab system will automatically calculate how much money each person should be paid for each project. As the admin, you can manage and edit their time sheets.
Add as many companies and people to the system as you'd like. Input all of their contact information and edit it at any time. Each person you add to the system gets a login and password that they use to access the CreativeLab project management system at any time.
With each new project you create you have the option of adding a "Scope of Work" which can serve as the agreed project outline. This is a great place to upload any contracts or NDAs that you and your clients have agreed to. You can make them available to everyone without allowing anyone to edit them other than yourself.
